Nephilim was formed in 2009 by band members Saddiq Granger and Micheal Byrdsong. The band has been inspired by Such artist as Apocalyptic, The Zelda symphony orchestra, And Adele to name few.
"A band should be like a family" Says second violinist Rabbit "Family's fight but at the end of the day your still family, no matter what at the end of the day were still a band" The six foot four second violinist looks at his band mate Michael. Being around the two of them one sees why their music is so perfect together.
"i feel often like my music would sound better if i played with someone who's played longer" Michael says shrugging "but i don't think it would feel as good or make people respond the way they do, we have something that we cant produce separately plus no one motivates me and pushes me the way he does".
Both member agree that they bicker like brothers and agree on little. When asked why they think their music produces such a amazinfg response in people their response was.
"we play things in way that isn't heard of in conventional music, we cover all genres and find ways to make it our own" says Michael. Although considerably shorter it's apparent that this enigmatic first violinist not only has a way with music but way with words as well.
